Reporting directly to the Strategy Lead, this role will manage a series of enterprise-level risk assessments, coordinate governance meetings, and supervise other critical risk metrics such as Economic Risk Capital and Risk Appetite Ratio.

This position requires close collaboration with Risk Pool leaders to oversee activities related to compliance orders, strategic priorities, and comprehensive organizational transformation goals. Key responsibilities include developing project timelines and senior stakeholder communications, monitoring program progress, managing governance meetings, prioritizing tasks, supporting change management initiatives, and working alongside senior stakeholders to achieve common objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Risk Management, Finance, or Consulting within large financial institutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to address complex challenges
  • Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in presentation formats
  • Proven history of delivering high-quality results under pressure
  • Experience in managing teams is advantageous
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, and other design software
  • Familiarity with the organization is beneficial

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred

Location: Remote
