What is the opportunity?

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the operational functions and strategies of corporate programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will manage activities through senior managers and managers, implementing corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets.

What will you do?

  • Evaluate and provide guidance during the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs, developing strategies to ensure all projects within the program are cohesive and in line with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the hiring, development, and management of all project teams within the program, including both internal staff and external contractors.
  • Design, establish, and monitor the program's project management goals.
  • Collaborate with business executives on using a disciplined project management approach and coach them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.
