Maintenance Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team at AEC Living. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing repairs, and electrical system inspections.
  • Respond to maintenance requests promptly and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems and take necessary preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance.
  • Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address any maintenance-related concerns.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
  • TB clearance.
  • Current COVID vaccinations.
  • Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and DOJ (we pay for it).
