About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program evaluation, research methodologies, data analysis, report writing, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation Design and Implementation: Develop evaluation frameworks and methodologies tailored to client needs, design data collection instruments, conduct literature reviews, and implement mixed-methods evaluations.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform advanced statistical analyses, conduct qualitative data analysis, synthesize findings from multiple data sources, and prepare clear evaluation reports.
  • Client Management and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, facilitate meetings, present evaluation findings, and provide technical assistance.
  • Working with Diverse Audiences: Demonstrate cultural competence, adapt evaluation approaches, ensure data collection instruments are accessible, and collaborate with community members.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Evaluation, Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program evaluation or applied research.
  • Strong knowledge of evaluation theories, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software and qualitative analysis tools.
