Nurse Practitioner Specialist

As a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an acute care environment. Your primary goal is to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care that meets the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
- Care Planning: Formulate a plan of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data, and medical plan of care.
- Care Implementation: Implement the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation, and supervision of the activities of the healthcare team.
- Evaluation and Revision: Evaluate patient and family response to care and teaching, and revise the plan of care as needed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess a valid current or temporary Alaska RN license. A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, and experience working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area is highly desirable.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year-
