Job Title: Application Coordinator - Willow Build Specialist

Location: Fully Remote - EST hours, 8-5pm, 40 hrs M-F (some flex to start earlier/end earlier if needed)

Duration: 6 months - with possible extensions

We are seeking an experienced Application Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Epic Willow implementation and operation, with a focus on dispensing and preparation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and operation of Epic Willow systems
  • Building out departments, pharmacies, and mini-dept go-lives
  • Modifying Epic settings to accommodate different dispensing and preparation workflows

Requirements:

  • Epic Willow Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Willow build, preferably with new implementations
  • Excellent communication skills

EPIC EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with experience in new implementations of Epic or Epic Willow projects, including:

  • New Department build including new dispense logic
  • New carts or updating of carts, and new pharmacy build (satellite pharmacies, automated dispensing cabinets, and central pharmacies)
  • Familiarity and experience with label routing, inbasket distribution schemes, and pool build, and label build

EPIC WILLOW EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have experience in Epic Willow operational side, with a focus on dispensing set up and central pharmacy support build.
