Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our municipal and transportation design services in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional market strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead the project pursuit process, including proposal development and interview preparation.
  • Manage complex projects, ensuring scope, fee, schedule, and quality expectations are met.
  • Build and manage effective project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Direct and review the work of junior staff, ensuring quality control and quality assurance processes are followed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professionally licensed (P.E.) in California.
  • 10+ years' experience in a professional services firm, leading municipal and transportation design services.
  • Demonstrated strong business development competency, with a history of obtaining significant new business and cross-selling additional consulting services.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects for small and large client bases.
  • Positive industry reputation with local and state government stakeholders.
Compensation:

$120,200 to $197,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with California's SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location.

The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
