Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our municipal and transportation design services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for winning and delivering projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and grow our business efforts in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and Inland Empire markets.
  • Plan and deliver complex projects for our clients, meeting scope, fee, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Act as Client Service Manager for strategically important clients and influence the overall direction of your region or area of expertise.
  • Develop market assessments and support the Practice Leader or Regional Director in the development and execution of a regional market strategy.
  • Lead the project pursuit process and act as the Pursuit Lead for significant revenue-generating projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
  • Professionally licensed (P.E.) in CA.
  • 10+ years' experience at a professional services firm leading municipal, transportation design services.
  • Demonstrated strong business development competency by obtaining significant new business and/or cross-selling additional consulting services.
  • History of successfully completing complex projects for small and/or large client bases.
  • Positive industry reputation with local/state government stakeholders.
