Role Responsibilities

The Practice Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and sustaining a thriving Dental Practice through effective communication and management of team objectives. This position fosters accountability, authority, and responsibility within the team while providing essential support, guidance, and communication to enhance overall team performance.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 3 - 5 years of leadership experience in a dental environment
  • Strong analytical skills to assess processes, identify issues, and develop effective solutions
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and team ethics
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental or medical setting
  • At least 3 years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
  • Experience with Dentrix software is preferred
