Key Responsibilities:
- Lead graphic design initiatives and oversee creative direction.
- Facilitate client discussions regarding intricate workforce communications, data visualization, and analytical concepts.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro, to produce compelling designs.
- Collaborate with clients to clarify project objectives and offer strategic advice for effective visual communication.
- Present a portfolio that demonstrates a diverse range of graphic design skills.
- Hold a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in data visualization, intelligence reporting, and infographic development.
- Familiarity with brand management principles.
- Background in Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) settings.
- Understanding of human-centered design methodologies or design thinking.
- Knowledge of WordPress, Joomla, content management systems, or HTML and CSS.
- Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to diverse audiences.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 annually. This range represents the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
Work Environment:
Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients as required.
