Job Summary

As a Member Specialist at Sam\u0027s Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, and acknowledging members
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and process member purchases
  • Maintain self-checkout area, resolve member issues, and promote Sam\u0027s Club products and services
  • Assist with securing and safeguarding Sam\u0027s Club assets and property
  • Train Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
