Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Concierge at Exclusive Resorts is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members by facilitating all pre-arrival arrangements, managing communication, and nurturing relationships with various service providers including activity coordinators, dining establishments, and transportation services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and plan activities and reservations ahead of member arrivals.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from members and the organization within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Assist with pre-arrival grocery orders and ensure timely delivery as per member requests.
  • Conduct a thorough inspection of the residence prior to each guest's arrival to ensure compliance with Exclusive Resorts standards.
  • Provide a comprehensive orientation to the residence and available services upon member arrival.
  • Deliver professional and courteous assistance to members regarding their stay and local attractions.
  • Organize and oversee special events as requested by members.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective members as a representative of Exclusive Resorts.
  • Ensure that housekeeping standards are upheld in accordance with Exclusive Resorts policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred: College Degree.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • At least two years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong telephone communication skills.
  • Exceptional skills in guest recovery.
  • Enjoyment in engaging with individuals in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Positive demeanor and attitude.
  • Willingness to engage in a continuous learning environment.
  • Integration of company values in all interactions.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
  • Dependable and available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch as required. Manual dexterity, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing are essential for fulfilling job responsibilities.
