- Order Management: Assist customers and sales representatives with order entry, changes, and sales programs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Product Knowledge: Provide in-depth information on product performance, construction, and availability, ensuring customers have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
- Sales Program Administration: Administer sales programs, applying proper terms and discounts to each order, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Special Requests: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special requests, ensuring orders are processed and shipped as requested.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze customer inquiries and develop plans to resolve issues in a timely manner, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Assist in training and developing new members of the customer service department, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Event Representation: Represent Acushnet Company at special events, providing information and answering questions from participants.
- Education: 2 years of college, AS or BS degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on sales and account management.
- Golf Industry Experience: Required or 1 year of experience as an Acushnet Company Associate CSR.
- Selling Experience: Preferred.
