Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform daily housekeeping services, including routine cleaning assignments in medical and non-medical areas, to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean, wash, sanitize, and/or polish fixtures, ledges, tables, floors, exam rooms, radiology suites, kitchen, bathrooms, etc., to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, and report any discrepancies to management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Hospitality Services team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
- Experience: At least three years of institutional housekeeping experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospitality environment.
- Communication Skills: Ability to understand and follow written and oral work instructions provided in English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to move frequently throughout the workday, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and repeating the same movements, and to push, pull, move, and/or lift unassisted a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet.
- Competitive Salary: $18 - $21 per hour.
