Salary and Benefits:
Our competitive salary range is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including paid holiday and vacation time, thrift/savings plan, employee healthcare benefits, short and long-term disability programs, dental insurance, financial planning options, employee discounts, unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, and overtime at special events.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Complete the refinish process on repaired vehicles, including masking, sanding, applying undercoats, mid-coats, and top coats.
- Operate power tools, paint mixers, cleaning solvents, and waxes as needed.
- Demonstrate a great attitude and ability to produce high-quality results.
- Prior experience in the field is essential, with ICAR & ASE certification preferred.
- A valid driver's license, clean background record, and verifiable work history are mandatory.
