About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Northwood Ravin, LLC. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, completing service requests, and participating in preventative maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall appearance and condition of our properties, including grounds, common areas, and resident apartments.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Complete service requests in a timely and thorough manner, considering budgetary restraints.
  • Participate in preventative maintenance programs to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Work collaboratively with our residents, management team, and other stakeholders to ensure that our properties meet the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance or a related field.
  • HVAC certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week and on call hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPO certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of painting, electrical wiring, plumbing, carpentry, appliance service and repair, heating, ventilation, HVAC systems, pool service and chemicals, use power and machinery properly and safely, and computer systems.

Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
