We are seeking a skilled Property Administrator to join our team in supporting our government client's activities in Northern Virginia locations. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting customer logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, logistics coordination, and property administration. You will be responsible for performing clerical and manual tasks to maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. This includes receiving, barcoding, inventorying, and disposing of assigned equipment.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be required to update tracking/management databases with asset information, move equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart, and maintain consumable stock levels by completing equipment reorders as needed.

You will work closely with our team to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times, conduct distribution and network studies, and monitor inventory levels. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer logistics requirements through analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics coordination, or property administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor associated with palletizing and depalletizing equipment
  • Valid driver's license
