Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team at Northwood Ravin, LLC in Chantilly, VA. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and repair of our luxury apartments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in multifamily industry or related field, with HVAC certification and a valid driver's license. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills and be able to work independently and within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain curb appeal by keeping grounds and common areas free of trash, debris, and pet waste throughout the day.
  • Prepare vacant apartments for move-in, making repairs and replacements as needed to meet resident expectations.
  • Remove and store trash items from recently vacated apartment homes according to policy to reduce liability.
  • Complete service requests in a timely manner, considering budgetary constraints.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as needed.
  • Perform snow and ice removal as required.
  • Operate and maintain pools, hot tubs, and saunas to ensure resident safety.
  • Report maintenance issues and concerns to the Service Manager.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
