Job Summary

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist with the daily operations of our office, including phone answering, directing callers and visitors, filing, and other clerical duties.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phones, retrieve messages, and follow up with callbacks from the answering service.
  • Fax documents, file papers, mail notices, letters, and handouts to residents and applicants.
  • Initiate, track, and close work orders using our systems for property management.
  • Assist the Community Manager with ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Show vacant units to prospective tenants if required.
  • Report incidents and emergencies to the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
  • Provide support to the Assistant Community Manager and/or Community Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in a clerical office setting.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a professional business appearance.
