Key Responsibilities

Your Contributions...
  • Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies to meet the objectives of the Supply Chain and Communications departments, collaborating closely with the Chief Supply Chain Officer and other leaders.
  • Facilitate internal cultural transformation through regular team interactions and effective communication.
  • Strengthen supplier relationships through strategic communication, impactful experiences, and effective presentations.
  • Enhance Ford's reputation as a well-managed organization by securing media coverage for Ford's Supply Chain achievements and thought leadership, while managing risks as they arise.
  • Act as a liaison, utilizing communication processes and resources (including narrative frameworks, visual assets, and graphic design tools) to support the strategic goals of the Supply Chain function.
  • Oversee the approval process for Ford's supplier communications policy.
Required Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Will Have...
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Affairs, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in communications, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with strong project management capabilities.
