Cardiology Department Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiology Department Physician Assistant to join our team at Catholic Medical Center. This is a full-time opportunity for a dynamic and compassionate professional to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiology, with a minimum of three years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. A graduate degree from an accredited program is required, along with licensure and ACLS authorization.
This role involves working closely with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing clinical duties, including gathering information, conducting physical examinations, and developing patient plans of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather pertinent information, interview patients, and perform physical examinations in collaboration with attending cardiologists.
- Develop, manage, and execute patient plans of care.
- Promptly report findings to cardiologists and formulate differential diagnoses and plans based on assessments.
- Document history and physical findings promptly in the electronic medical record.
- Perform inpatient, outpatient office, and satellite office assessments, consultations, and follow-up care of patients.
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
