About the Job

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility in Loveland, Ohio. As a PT with Broad River Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and provide individualized care to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents under the orders of a physician
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize functional potentials
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care

Requirements

  • Ohio Physical Therapy license required
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy required
