About the Role

HonorHealth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Registration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Coordinates and facilitates clerical administrative duties, including data entry, patient chart maintenance, and communication with physicians' offices
  • Performs a variety of cross-functional clerical and patient support duties, including telephone, registration, and scheduling
  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of patient registration and scheduling tasks
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts
  • Communicates effectively with patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
