About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Banker II to join our team at Frost Bank. As a Business Banker II, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with small business clients, providing them with financial solutions and services to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the business banking sales manager to track progress, identify opportunities, and analyze marketing results
  • Deliver products to designated segments of the small business market
  • Prospect and cold-call to build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Manage and support loan commitments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Champion Frost's philosophy and core values in the work you do
  • Process referrals from financial center relationship managers and other areas of the bank
  • Support specific financial centers' defined geographic areas and customer relationships
  • Stay up to date on bank products and services through regular training classes
Requirements
  • Background in banking and lending solutions
  • Prior experience with cold-calling and analyzing credit reports and financial statements
  • Knowledge of business loan center procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
