We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Flordelizas Wings of Pensacola Inc. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional Guest service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all staff to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage deliveries, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
  • Provide excellent Guest service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Perform General Manager duties in their absence, including supervising door-hanging crews and dispatching orders to drivers.
  • Pitch in and perform various tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Enjoys working with employees and Guests, with a strong ability to motivate and lead by example.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional Guest service.
  • Is organized, accurate, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance, and a clean driving record (if conducting errands or making deliveries).
  • Is ServSafe certified (or locally recognized certification).
