Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve institutional goals and objectives

- Provide leadership for institutional research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures to support institutional effectiveness and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote institutional effectiveness and compliance
- Master's degree in educational planning and assessment, data analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education administration, with a focus on strategic planning and assessment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive institutional effectiveness and excellence
