Job Summary

The Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning will lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive institutional effectiveness and excellence. This role will oversee the design and implementation of assessment and evaluation processes to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve institutional goals and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of assessment and evaluation processes to inform decision-making and improve student outcomes
  • Provide leadership for institutional research and analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures to support institutional effectiveness and compliance
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote institutional effectiveness and compliance
Requirements
  • Master's degree in educational planning and assessment, data analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education administration, with a focus on strategic planning and assessment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans to drive institutional effectiveness and excellence
