**Key Responsibilities**- **Lead and Develop Your Team**: Oversee, coach, and develop all store team members to build new business and maintain store profitability.
- **Drive Business Growth**: Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding company performance standards, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Sales and Marketing**: Lead your team to reach or exceed sales goals by extending loan or pawn products to consumers, identifying local marketing strategies, and leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities.
- **Store Operations**: Supervise and maintain office security and conduct proper opening and closing procedures.
- **Compliance and Risk Management**: Ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- **Store Appearance**: Maintain a visually pleasing and professional atmosphere that aligns with the values and mission of the company.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- **Experience**: At least two years of experience and proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, financial, customer service, or related industries.
- **Operations Experience**: Operations experience in a leadership capacity.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Driver's License**: Valid and current driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
- **Technical Skills**: Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
- **Age**: Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
- **Education**: Associate degree or higher.
- **Industry Experience**: Experience in retail, sales, or financial industry.
- **Language Skills**: Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
