About the Job

Celebree School of Elkridge is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director of Global Security to oversee and direct all aspects of security operations across our worldwide data center infrastructure. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive security strategies to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel from internal and external threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global security strategies, policies, and procedures across all locations.
  • Lead and manage the physical security operations for all data centers, including access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and emergency response planning.
  • Coordinate with local and international law enforcement and security agencies to establish protocols for incident response and threat mitigation.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align security measures with business objectives.
  • Manage and oversee the training and performance of security personnel and teams across different regions.
  • Establish crisis management and business continuity plans to address potential security incidents or natural disasters.
  • Monitor global security trends and developments to continuously improve our security posture and response capabilities.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for the security department.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness and best practices within the organization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global security strategies.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems and technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior-level security management role, preferably in data center environments or related industries.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing global security strategies.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems and technology.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in security management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications in security management (e.g., CPP, PSP, CISSP) are highly desirable.
