The preferred applicant for this position should possess a bachelor's degree or its equivalent, along with at least one year of experience in a logistics oversight role, ideally within the luxury jewelry or watch sector. A strong command of systems and numerical data, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, is crucial. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, and fluency in French is highly desirable. Furthermore, exceptional organizational and communication abilities, combined with strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, are essential qualifications for this role.

What are our expectations?

The Logistics Coordinator will report directly to the Manager of Workshop Operations and will be based in New York.

In this capacity, you will:

  • Oversee the packing and unpacking of all finished products, repairs, and spare parts, including both domestic and international shipments as necessary.
  • Be accountable for the packing, unpacking, reception, and dispatch of all parcels associated with the workshop, including domestic and international shipping as required.
  • Prepare all shipping documentation, including FedEx, IBI, and Malca-Amit.
  • Manage Home Collect Service registrations and wholesale repair notifications, and execute SAP system transfers for the movement of stock repairs between various sites and storage areas.
  • Supervise the physical flow of all quality control processes in and out of the workshop, including repair registrations and stock movements as needed.
