Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and timely cost estimates for high-rise and ground-up construction initiatives.
- Evaluate blueprints, specifications, and financial data to formulate project cost assessments.
- Continuously oversee project budgets and timelines.
- Foster and maintain partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Conduct value engineering assessments and propose cost-saving strategies.
- Assist in the examination and evaluation of contract modifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience as an Estimator within the construction field.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software.
Salary Range:
$160,000-$193,000
