Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience. $95,000 - $130,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements to estimate costs and resources
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to upper management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a construction estimator
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Timberline or HCSS HeavyBid
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Position Terms / Expected Hours of Work:

  • Marcon Eng. salaried employees are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week During a busy season in some cases this position will require work on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • This position is FLSA-exempt.
