Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing support with daily living tasks and promoting independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Encourage independence and participation in community activities
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized support plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of experience in human services or direct care preferred
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
