About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Wilmington. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Help residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
