We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Wake Forest. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and promoting independence and dignity.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Help residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Completion of training/certification may be required, as per state regulation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting, as needed.
- A competitive salary range of $15.65 per hour.
