About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at ASRC Industrial Services (AIS). As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in supporting our infrastructure projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of the jobsite foreman, superintendent, and project manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Perform daily tool inspection checks and report any malfunctions or issues to the immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and secured.
  • Conduct accurate logs and records of work performed and equipment usage.
  • Assist with fueling equipment and adhere to corporate safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Use tools safely to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.
  • Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified by the company.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to listen, follow directions, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Knowledge of tools, equipment, and workplace safety, with the ability to lift, pull, and manage heavy equipment and objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and take necessary precautions to protect against eye, nose, and skin irritants.
  • Ability to climb ladders and climb up to and into cabs on heavy equipment.
  • Ability to walk over uneven and broken ground.
