About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at the AIS Infrastructure Group. As a Laborer, you will work under the direct supervision of the jobsite foreman, superintendent, and project manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily tool inspection checks and report any malfunctions to the immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the jobsite and ensure tools are clean, properly shut down, and stored at the end of the shift.
  • Adhere to corporate safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Use tools in a safe manner to minimize the risk of injury and property damage.
  • Perform related duties and responsibilities as required by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance to access secured facilities, including military bases.
  • Must be able to listen, follow directions, and communicate effectively with others.
  • Must be able to wear mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Must possess knowledge of tools, equipment, and workplace safety.
  • Must demonstrate skills in communications and teamwork.
Working Conditions

The Laborer will work outdoors in exposure to extreme heat and cold. Must be able to lift, pull, and manage heavy equipment and objects up to 50 pounds. Must be able to climb ladders and climb up to and into cabs on heavy equipment.

Physical Demands

The position requires good manual dexterity and multilimbed coordination. The employee must have excellent stamina and be able to quickly move arms and legs.
