Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support client management activities with clients and prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute strategies for proactively sourcing new relationships for the bank.
  • Manage risk through appropriate client selection and ensure that our service delivery is consistent with the fees being charged.
  • Maintain timely, accurate and complete sales/client relationship management administration tasks as determined by the business.
  • Ensure the execution of team processes, such as pre-call planning, post-call debriefs and relationship reviews.

Requirements

  • University/college degree.
  • 8+ years of industry relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business segment capabilities and offerings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
