**Job Summary**
The Little Beet Table is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, the Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement menus that align with our brand's culinary vision and values
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, including labor costs, food costs, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of experience in a high-level kitchen management position
- Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including food safety and sanitation
- Proven experience in building and leading high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
