Key Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Attorney, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Advocating for clients in court or before governmental entities, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in civil or criminal matters.
  • Selecting jurors, arguing motions, conferring with judges, and interrogating witnesses throughout trial proceedings.
  • Examining constitutions, statutes, rulings, and regulations of quasi-judicial bodies to ascertain implications for cases.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney, ideally in the defense field.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with clients, judges, and opposing counsel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think strategically and formulate sound legal arguments.
  • Excellent research skills, with a comprehensive understanding of legal principles and procedures.
