This individual assumes responsibility and accountability for daily clinical operations, providing solutions for everyday operational needs and managing multiple projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Assistant Practice Manager and Practice Manager to achieve clinical goals
- Support employees with operational needs and provide guidance on clinical procedures
- Manage multiple projects and perform special work assignments as needed
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to achieve goals
- Take initiative and implement new processes independently
- LPN degree or equivalent
- 12+ months of experience in a clinical setting
- Medication Administration certification/training preferred
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
