Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled NICU Registered Nurse RN PRN to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a NICU RN, you will be responsible for providing clinical nursing care to neonates and infants, recognizing developmental stages, and providing support to maximize the infant's developmental outcome.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform clinical nursing duties for neonates and infants according to policy and procedures
- Recognize and respond promptly and appropriately to acute changes in neonate/infant's condition
- Provide support and teaching to the family unit
- Communicate effectively with all members of the healthcare team
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of NICU RN experience preferred
