As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' physical abilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance assessments.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Documenting client progress and communicating with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • A current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
