Responsibilities

• Provide thorough and compassionate patient care, including dental hygiene procedures and patient education
• Work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene techniques and best practices
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and patient-centered care

Requirements

• Current dental hygienist license in MN
• Associates or Bachelors degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, and patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• New Graduate or years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
