Advancement Coordinator for Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Advancement Coordinator to support our fundraising efforts at Dartmouth College. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide complex administrative support to senior fundraisers, including travel planning, expense tracking, and data management.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with alumni, parents, and friends of the College.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution, including coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, gifts, and communications.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to engage donors and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong technical literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
- Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
