Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to members and guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk and fitness area, ensuring a clean and organized environment that meets our high standards.
  • Assist with fitness class sign-ups, venue questions, and general information, providing accurate and up-to-date information to our members and guests.
  • Support special events and activities, ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant waivers, event information, and incident reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with our management team to resolve guest concerns and complaints, providing a positive and professional resolution.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in exercise science, health education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sport/fitness center or customer service role.
  • Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with regular attendance required.
  • CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred; willingness to become certified a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain focus and prioritize tasks, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment in facilities, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds waist high, with frequent standing, sitting, and walking required.
  • May be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
