Quality Assurance Associate plays a crucial role in managing inventory, performing light assembly tasks, and handling administrative responsibilities while ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.



Compensation and Benefits:

  • $20.59/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Availability for Saturday work may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform visual inspections of wiring and electrical cords
  • Verify plugs and connectors for compatibility
  • Identify internal damages or deficiencies
  • Report any product discrepancies to the supervisor
  • Maintain accurate records of quality assessments
  • Operate an electric pallet jack for product movement
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as directed by the supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration
  • 1 year of customer service experience is preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is essential
  • Ability to utilize hand tools, work independently, and develop interpersonal skills, along with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a fundamental requirement of the role
  • Willingness to travel as necessary and complete all pre-employment requirements including background checks and drug screenings

  • Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
