Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls for AT&T FirstNet first responders. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional customer care, resolving issues and delivering a great experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbound customer service for a leading mobile company.
  • Resolve issues and consistently deliver a great customer experience.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling complaints and inquiries.
  • Determine the most effective ways to answer client or customer questions.
  • Evaluate and escalate queries and concerns when necessary.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • A passion for resolving issues and creating a great customer experience.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues.
  • 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset.
