Position Summary:

This role involves professional nursing responsibilities within a skilled nursing facility, focusing on resident care activities. The incumbent will be accountable for delivering resident support, facilitating ancillary services, and coordinating medical, nursing, social, and related services. This position is essential in promoting the physical and mental well-being of residents through the application of nursing processes as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Licensed Practical Nurse 2

Full-time & Regular Part-time: $26.66/hr with additional differentials for shifts and weekends.

This role requires availability for every other weekend and holiday rotation. Various shifts are available (7-3, 3-11 & 11-7), with benefits applicable for Full-time & Regular Part-time positions.

Regular Part-time Weekend Program (benefit eligible) requires commitment to every weekend and two weekday shifts starting at $26.66/hr, along with weekend differentials.

Additional compensation of $2.00/hr for those with 5+ years of LPN licensure.

Work Schedule:

Part-time (PRN) positions are available with competitive rates starting at $31.87, depending on the PRN position and shift.

Weekend Program (not benefit eligible) entails working 48 out of 52 weekends, with 8-hour shifts during one summer and one winter holiday: 7-3 at $41.98/hr, 3-11 at $45.20/hr, and 11-7 at $44.13/hr.
