Job Title: Broadband Budget Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Broadband Budget Manager to join our team at the State of Nebraska. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our broadband initiatives, ensuring that our budget is accurately tracked and reported.

Job Summary:

The Broadband Budget Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing the budget for our broadband initiatives, including tracking expenses and revenues
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports to management
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to management
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a government agency
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
