Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all nursing care in the facility to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Assess residents as needed to identify and address their unique needs
- Document all interactions and care provided in residents' medical records
- Admit and readmit residents in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for all residents and staff
- Collaborate with facility physicians to develop and implement effective care plans
- Assist unit nurses as necessary to ensure seamless care delivery
- Perform other assigned tasks by the Director of Nursing Services
Requirements:
- Current New York State RN license
- Preferred experience in the field of rehabilitation and nursing
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation practices
- Valid CPR certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Compensation:
$100,000 to $115,000 per year with a generous sign-on bonus
